Nature of the product

• TeraWish is a digital cultural experience and personal reflection product, not an official service of any temple, religious institution, or tourism authority.
• Fortune readings, interpretations, and wish rituals are for cultural experience and self-reflection only. They are not medical, legal, investment, mental health, or other professional advice.
• We do not promise any real-world outcome, religious effect, travel service, donation handling, or official temple confirmation.

Membership and points

• TeraWish Membership is currently $2.99/month, billed monthly until canceled.
• After each successful opening or renewal, the account receives 1000 wish points.
• Points are valid for 30 days from each grant and may be used for in-product online wish rituals, fortune readings, saved records, and related digital experiences.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, physical goods, travel services, or temple services.

Payments, cancellation, and refunds

• Payments are securely processed by Creem as our merchant of record. Taxes, invoices, receipts, and payment processing may be handled by Creem.
• To cancel or manage a subscription, review the subscription information in your account page or contact akens008@gmail.com.
• Refund requests are handled according to our refund policy and Creem's payment processing workflow.

Acceptable use

• You may not attack, scrape, interfere with, or abuse the service.
• You may not use TeraWish to violate rights, publish unlawful content, mislead others, or avoid payment.
• We may suspend or terminate access when an account presents abuse, fraud, or security risks.
