General policy
- Membership and points are digital services. After a successful payment and benefit grant, refunds are generally not provided for change-of-mind requests.
- If there is duplicate billing, a successful payment without membership benefits, a technical failure, or an unauthorized transaction, contact us as soon as possible.
- We review refund requests based on the specific situation, service usage, and Creem's payment processing workflow.
How to request a refund

- Include your account email, payment time, order or receipt identifier, and a description of the issue.
- Do not send card numbers, passwords, verification codes, identity documents, or other sensitive information by email.
Subscription cancellation
- You may cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle. Cancellation usually does not remove digital benefits already granted for a paid period.
- To cancel or manage a subscription, review your account page or contact our support email.
